The following terms of service (the “Agreement”) govern all use of all services available at or through maxicheats.com (the “Site”), including, but not limited to, website features such as the forum and user registration, and the services featured. The Site is operated by maxicheats.com

By creating a user on maxicheats.com, buying any services or accessing the contents of the website you agree to become bound by the terms of service as stated in the Agreement.
If you fail to agree to the Agreement, then you may not connect to, buy or use any of the services offered by maxicheats.com.
You may not access this site if you’re under 18 years of age.

Buying our services

1.a

maxicheats.com disclaims all responsibility for the activities conducted by the user of our services, only the buyer is responsible for the account and related activities.

1.b

After buying the software you will receive a key, and the opportunity to download the software, your subscription will start once you have received the key.

1.c

The transfer of the key to other people is not permitted, by doing this however time will automatically be deducted from your license key.

1.d

If the buyer wishes to request a refund or chargeback of any kind, please refer to the third point in the Agreement.

Support requests are processed within 48 hours on the provided support email/system unless unforeseen problems arise that warrant an extension of this time.

Some services offered by maxicheats.com may be intended for use on video game software protected by anti-cheat technologies. Some services may additionally offer support for such anti-cheat technologies. Support for anti-cheat technologies does not necessarily guarantee that any maxicheats.com service will be undetected on that particular anti-cheat. maxicheats.com is is not responsible for any damages incurred from using any maxicheats.com service on a product that is protected by any anti-cheat technology. Disputes or payment reversals are not permitted in the event that a maxicheats.com service is detected by an anti-cheat technology.

Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, attempts to ‘chargeback’ or deny payments to your account will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.

Payments and subscription packages.

You acknowledge that our services are delivered as digital downloads and we don’t offer refunds under any circumstances.

2.b

“One week” will mean that you have 7 days of access to the service.
“One month” will mean that you have 30 days of access to the
service.
“Lifetime” will mean that you have access to the service until it is eventually discontinued.

Refunds and your responsibilities

You acknowledge that our services are delivered as digital downloads and we don’t offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you require any additional information about compatibility, please refer to contacting our support by the email address provided in the footer of our website.
These will be processed in accordance with 1.e of the agreement.

Any of your game accounts, online accounts, games, keys, and computer is completely your own responsibility. If you are using or abusing our software and get banned, it is seen as your own responsibility.

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

Client breaks these Terms and Conditions;
Client diverges from the normal usage patterns established by maxicheats.com;
Client attempts to inflict damages on the reputation or normal work of maxicheats.com;
As respond to requests for customer service;
maxicheats.com receives abuse request concerning user actions from law enforcement agencies.

Cancellation of service by client implies that all the responsibilities about data, received by maxicheats.com, covered by these Terms and Conditions, are in effect.

The client accepts that information sent to maxicheats.com will not under any circumstance be considered subject to any form of non-disclosure agreement, except when the client has obtained prior written consent from maxicheats.com

All parties take into consideration that email is not a secure, guaranteed medium of communication. Emails should only be regarded received by maxicheats.com if the client receives a manually created response.

With the exception of the above points, all discussions over email are deemed to be of informal nature, and should only be taken as binding when indicated as such by maxicheats.com

Any suggestions, mention or reference of any alteration to past, present or future contractual terms by maxicheats.com should be taken purely as speculative until such time that the client is in possession of written confirmation by maxicheats.com

3.l

When you purchase a subscription service from our website, the subscription will start when we confirm your payment. The subscription will stop at the end of the purchased period; We do not freeze subscriptions under any term, unless we specifically state so. If you have purchased an ongoing subscription which renews at the end of every month you may cancel this through our store page so you are not billed the next month. Subscriptions may grant a limited non-exclusive license to use software that is only accessible to users of a specific VIP user group, however this access may be subject to termination, maintenance downtime or discontinuation. In which in some cases compensation will be offered. The subscription licence activation keys will grant a certain time period for users to gain access the software service we provide.

3.m

Users should not register a new key until your current active subscription time runs out. The subscription time periods does not stack but will run simultaneously if more than 1 key is registered on the same account. We will not adjust/add subscription time to users accounts under any circumstances if you activated more than 1 key during an activate subscription time period.

3.n

As a registered user of maxicheats.com, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service’s registration form (the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or maxicheats.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, maxicheats.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof).
